The Kraft Life is where we share with you our journey restoring and refreshing our 1930s house. We closed on it today and it has been a day filled with such positive energy, telling us we made a great decision!
We are Jack and Jill of many trades. Regular people who love history, appreciate great craftsmanship, and love keeping busy. Which is great since we have 5 rooms from which to remove wallpaper! Goodness knows how many layers of paper, glue, paint and YEARS are on these walls! We also have LOTS of insulating to complete, a kitchen to redo and a fab attic space to finish!
We’ll document it all to show that it can be done, albeit with a likely dose of laughter and cussing.
